Shipping Policy

We deliver fresh meat across the Lower Mainland. Orders over $200 qualify for free delivery. Orders under $200 will include a $20 delivery fee.

Deliveries are typically completed within 1–2 days after the order is placed. Delivery times are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Due to the nature of fresh food products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and our team will review the situation.
